The SiMPL Planning Monitor allows you to analyse inventory coverage easily and quickly by days, weeks or months, to make timely decisions about efficient purchase and manufacturing quantities.

 

You can now, with an enhanced user experience:

 

  • Easily identify stockouts or over-coverage, in any planning scenario (forecast, consumption, re-order point-based planning)

  • Avoid inventory failures and the risk of non-compliance with the maintenance, production, or sales plan

  • Execute MRP online, selecting either individual or multiple items, for the automatic calculation of purchase, transfer or manufacturing proposals

 

Analyse MRP, with the possibility of excluding lots/batches that are about to expire

For Production Planners and Buyers

  • View the MRP status for finished products, semi-finished products, packaging material and / or raw materials in a single screen, according to bill of materials (main or alternative)

  • Specify stock coverage in days, weeks, or months with visible risk alerts according to multiple criteria (material type, material group, plant, etc.)
